About the role#
This 10-week summer internship provides an immersive experience in portfolio analytics and real estate valuations. You will work within a collaborative team, receive training, and build relationships with peers, managers, and mentors. Each intern completes a project to present to the executive leadership team at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Deliver portfolio analytics summaries and property-level performance reporting to management teams.
- Prepare presentations and investment summaries for Blackstone, Revantage, and portfolio company leadership.
- Gather and report on market intelligence, such as recent sales data and current market conditions.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly or quarterly property valuation models and portfolio analytics.
- Review third-party reports, market studies, and real estate documents to extract actionable data.
- Provide analytical support for property investments, including the preparation of leasing, operating, capital, and financing analyses.
What you'll need#
- Current junior standing at an accredited four-year institution.
- Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, real estate, economics, or business with a finance or accounting concentration.
- Minimum 3.2 GPA.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple demands and shifting priorities.
- Argus proficiency is preferred.

- Location: Chicago, Illinois (on-site).
- Term: 10 weeks, beginning in June 2027 and ending in August 2027.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
