About the role#
The Fairhaven 2-Year Fellowship is an intensive program for individuals called to pastoral ministry, church planting, or missions. This role involves a 28-hour weekly commitment to hands-on ministry while you pursue a master’s degree and work toward ordination with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. This is a support-based position with an annual support target of $36,000 to $45,000.
