About the role#
The Talent Sourcing Intern supports the recruiting team by identifying and screening candidates for open positions. This is a remote, paid internship with a rolling start date. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure our hiring pipeline remains active and organized.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to define the experience and skills required for open roles.
- Source, sort, and filter resumes and candidate profiles to identify potential matches.
- Upload candidate information to the ATS and SharePoint systems.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including spreadsheet tracking and maintaining resume notes.
- Communicate daily progress and updates through email and Slack.
- Complete assigned priorities while participating in regular daily touch points.
What you'll need#
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role or previous administrative or recruiting experience.
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications with at least 1-2 years of progress.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A task-oriented mindset and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently within a collaborative team.
