About the role#
The Enterprise Strategy intern supports the Chief of Staff Office within the Enterprise Strategy Office. You will report to the Associate Director and contribute to enterprise strategy execution and cross-department coordination. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level priorities and how senior leaders align, communicate, and execute strategy.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Chief of Staff Office with leadership meetings, briefing materials, agendas, and executive updates.
- Conduct research on business, industry, and enterprise topics, synthesizing findings into insights for strategic discussions.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business units, track milestones, and help maintain alignment on initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives by maintaining project plans, trackers, and documentation.
- Develop presentations, summaries, and communications that translate complex information into clear messages for leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or graduate degree program in business, finance, economics, strategy, data analytics, organizational leadership, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in enterprise strategy, business operations, or organizational effectiveness.
- Ability to conduct structured research and translate findings into business-relevant insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Copilot.
- Familiarity with data visualization, project-management, or generative AI tools is beneficial.
- Experience working with data, preparing presentations, or coordinating projects through coursework or previous professional experience.
- Authorization to work ongoing in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
