About the role#
As a Student Caseworker at Regent College London, you will help manage student academic appeals, complaints, and disciplinary matters. You will ensure these cases are handled fairly and within the college's established processes.
What you'll do#
- Manage a set portfolio of student cases from start to finish, including gathering evidence and preparing files.
- Monitor case progress to ensure institutional timescales are met and keep students informed.
- Provide regulatory advice on how the college's casework processes operate.
- Support senior management by identifying trends and issues within student cases.
- Suggest improvements to existing procedures and help develop new ones.
- Provide administrative support for hearings, including taking minutes and writing reports.
What you'll need#
- Prior experience coordinating casework.
- Ability to write professional, clear, and concise reports and correspondence.
- Experience working with formal regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly in both writing and speech.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
