Community Builder Intern (Indonesia)

About the role#

This role focuses on community building activities to support the growth of the organization. You will work with a team based in the GMT+8 time zone and will be expected to align your working hours accordingly. The position is remote and involves significant interaction with the Indonesian community.

What you'll do#

• Support the creation of marketing materials.
• Create content for social media platforms and engage with the community online.
• Translate content between English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Build and maintain partnerships with like-minded organizations.
• Meet with community members via calls or in-person.
• Synthesize and analyze data gathered from community outreach activities.

What you'll need#

• Professional proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, in both written and spoken forms.
• A reflective mindset with a deep curiosity regarding personal growth.
• Openness to working with individuals from diverse cultural and disciplinary backgrounds.
• An interest in community building and meeting new people.
• A willingness to approach new tasks with a beginner's perspective.
• Academic background in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or Psychology is preferred.
