About the role#
This Product Quality Engineering Co-Op position offers hands-on experience in manufacturing quality assurance. You will work with teams to support processes and improve outcomes in an aerospace and defense environment. The role is full-time and requires U.S. citizenship.
What you'll do#
- Review defects and conduct scrap analysis with product quality teams.
- Provide manufacturing support to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
- Participate in root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for quality issues.
- Support proactive initiatives to prevent defects and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with quality protocols and objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree program in Aerospace Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Enrollment must continue through the completion of the co-op session.
- Experience in quality-related tasks through coursework, research, projects, or previous work.
- Prior experience with Raytheon Technologies is preferred.

- This position is located in Manchester, Iowa.
- The role is on-site.
- The program terms are Summer 2027 and Fall 2027.
