About the role#
This summer 2027 internship supports the Network and Enterprise Services Product Teams on C2BMC in Colorado Springs. You will work within technical and engineering organizations to complete tasks suited to your experience level while receiving mentorship to grow your skills.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform routine network updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
- Work with IT teams, software developers, and other departments to ensure the network supports business functions.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Actively enrolled through the end of the internship.
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
- Completed coursework in systems or software engineering fundamentals.
- Completed basic IT courses focusing on the function and use cases for routers, switches, servers, storage, or firewalls.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- An active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to the start date.
- Familiarity with the Agile development cycle is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with creating, loading, or troubleshooting network configurations is a plus.
- An 8570 IAT II compliant certification is desired.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
- This role requires an active Secret security clearance.
