About the role#
Qorvo is hiring a Test Engineering Intern to join our team in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, on-site, paid position. You will work within our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, Connectivity and Sensors, or Global Operations business groups. Projects are assigned based on current business needs.
What you'll do#
- Write automated test software to control equipment, run test plans, and record measurement results.
- Develop automation tools using Python, Visual Basic, C#, and other languages.
- Use AI-enabled environments to build applications and analyze data.
- Measure RF modules using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and DC source/measure units.
- Collect and verify data, then create reports and presentations.
- Help test teams troubleshoot and fix product or equipment issues.
- Use scripting to improve test throughput and processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a BS, MS, or PhD program for Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Coursework or experience in Analog/RF circuit design.
- Programming knowledge in Python, Visual Basic, C#, or another object-oriented language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a self-starter mindset.
