About the role#
Qorvo offers internship opportunities within our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, and Connectivity and Sensors business groups. This program provides real work experience and exposure to business leaders. Projects vary based on current business needs.
What you'll do#
- Write automated test software to control equipment and execute test plans.
- Support RF fixture and probe card design, including PCB layout and interface cabling.
- Use test equipment like DC source-measure units, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and digital pattern generators to measure products.
- Analyze and verify measurement data to create clear reports and presentations.
- Document your test system and software designs.
- Build measurement automation using C++, Microsoft C#.NET, or NI Labview.
- Design product interface fixtures using Altium Designer and Keysight ADS.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS, MS, or PhD program for Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Course work in Analog or RF circuit design.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as VB.NET or C#.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a self-starter.
- Effective organizational skills for planning and scheduling tasks.
