About the role#
Qorvo is hiring a Test Engineering Intern to join our Advanced Cellular and Connect & Sensor business groups. This internship provides hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing, offering the chance to work on technical assignments and collaborate with industry experts. Specific projects are determined based on current business needs.
What you'll do#
- Write automated test software using object-oriented languages to control equipment and run test plans.
- Operate test equipment, including DC source/measure units, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and digital pattern generators.
- Analyze, process, and verify measurement data.
- Create reports and presentations to share your findings.
- Document software and test system designs.
- Use AI tools to support rapid prototyping workflows.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS, MS, or PhD program for Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Coursework or experience in digital or analog/RF circuit design.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or C#.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for planning and scheduling tasks.

- This position is located on-site in Greensboro, North Carolina.
- The role is full-time.
