About the role#
Qorvo is hiring a Software Engineering Intern to join our team in Richardson, Texas. This internship provides practical experience across our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, Connectivity and Sensors, and Global Operations business groups. You will work on real projects that contribute to our technical goals while receiving mentorship from industry experts.
What you'll do#
- Streamline application and software processes to improve existing workflows.
- Benchmark software to maximize efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop APIs to support data structure, access, integration, and visualization.
- Document and report your progress according to team design practices.
- Provide support to internal customers to help resolve technical issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS, MS, or PhD program for Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in C++, C#, Java, Python, or LabVIEW.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, databases, APIs, and shell scripting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

- Compensation: Paid position, ranging from $31 to $42 per hour.
