About the role#
Qorvo is looking for an Electrical or Electronic Engineering student to join the Technology Enablement, Physical Verification team. You will work alongside mentors on Design Enablement applications, using EDA vendor software and coding in TCL and Python to support our Global Operations business group.
What you'll do#
- Develop physical verification decks.
- Build QA unit-cells for design rules.
- Create automated QA regression flows for DRC decks.
- Automate enablement flows.
- Provide support to internal customers to help resolve technical issues.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Coursework or experience in Analog/RF circuit design.
- Familiarity with physical design flows and IC manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of TCL and Python.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Ability to debug and solve problems independently.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
- Experience writing unit tests is preferred.
