About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Richardson, Texas. You will work within the Global Operations business group on projects that support semiconductor fabrication and testing. This role requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineers with DC and RF test, measurement, and data analysis.
- Document existing process control modules and their characterization focus.
- Improve monitoring of critical inline process monitors.
- Maintain and improve Yield web reports to support Fab operations.
- Analyze and correlate test data to fabrication processes.
- Develop and improve semiconductor fabrication flows.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS, MS, or PhD program for Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong data analysis skills, specifically the ability to build statistic-based arguments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a self-starter with clear written and verbal communication.
- Experience with Spotfire, SharePoint, and CAD is preferred.
