About the role#
The Customer Quality Engineering Intern joins our Global Operations business group. You will work on projects that address technical challenges and support quality assurance initiatives. This role provides exposure to our operations and team-based problem solving.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data and conduct database searches to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in the problem solving process for customer quality concerns.
- Use internal databases to track and determine product history.
- Standardize and improve existing business processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS, MS, or PhD program for Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Working knowledge of statistics and basic circuit theory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly in writing and speech.

- This position is located on-site in Richardson, Texas.
- The role is full-time and paid.
