About the role#
As a Strategy& Strategy Consulting Senior Associate Intern, you will support client work within our Advisory practice. You will focus on strategy and business transformation assignments that help organizations define priorities, shape direction, and develop actionable roadmaps. This role provides exposure to our methods while you build commercial awareness and learn from a range of perspectives.
What you'll do#
- Support strategy consulting projects through research, data gathering, and the preparation of client-ready materials.
- Assist in market, competitive, and business model analysis to help inform strategic recommendations.
- Organize information from interviews, documents, and digital tools to identify patterns and key insights.
- Contribute to the development of presentations, summaries, and work products for internal review.
- Participate in team discussions to learn consulting methods and apply feedback to ongoing assignments.
- Coordinate assigned tasks across multiple project activities while tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Apply AI fluency and digital tooling to streamline research, organize information, and support analysis.
- Explore industry trends, growth opportunities, and transformation topics across client work.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Must be one year away from graduation of your MBA program at the time of application.
