About the role#
As a Strategy& Deals Technology Strategy Senior Associate Intern, you will support technology work across client projects related to deals. You will assist teams, learn from experienced professionals, and gain exposure to our Advisory practice. This role involves gathering information from various sources, preparing materials, and documenting findings that shape technology strategy throughout the deal lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Support client strategy and technology diligence projects across deal workstreams.
- Research market trends, industry developments, and technology capabilities.
- Gather and synthesize data to create client deliverables.
- Use digital tools and AI-enabled workflows to organize information and summarize findings.
- Participate in team discussions and track follow-up items.
- Review transaction materials to identify key themes affecting strategic positioning.
- Analyze technology landscapes, operating models, and value creation opportunities.
- Adapt to feedback and develop your understanding of advisory methods.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a Master of Business Administration degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- Status as one year away from graduation of your MBA program at the time of application.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment: Full time, paid internship.
