About the role#
As a Strategy& Deals Strategy Senior Associate Intern, you will support client-focused strategy work within our Advisory practice. You will work across deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal value creation. This role provides exposure to strategic problem-solving and allows you to observe how experienced professionals approach client challenges. You will build your understanding of the deals environment while developing your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Support deal strategy and commercial diligence workstreams through research, analysis, and project tasks.
- Gather and organize market, industry, and company information to inform transaction and value creation analyses.
- Assist with financial, operational, and strategic assessments for merger, acquisition, and partnership opportunities.
- Review documents, datasets, and presentation materials to identify key themes, risks, and value drivers.
- Prepare concise summaries, draft slides, and supporting materials for client-facing deliverables.
- Use digital tools, AI-enabled resources, and spreadsheet applications to streamline analysis.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to project coordination tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Must be one year away from graduation of your MBA program at the time of application.

- Compensation: Paid position with an annual salary range of $84,000 to $202,000, prorated for the time of employment.
