About the role#
As a Management Consulting Senior Associate Intern, you will support advisory work focused on business operations, supply chain flow, and execution. You will work within teams to participate in projects and observe how professionals approach client work. This role provides exposure to consulting methods while you contribute to operational analysis and process improvement.
What you'll do#
- Gather information, organize work products, and track task progress.
- Document processes, issues, and improvement ideas.
- Conduct research on business operations, market trends, and process performance.
- Assist in data collection and analysis using spreadsheets, digital tools, and AI-enabled applications.
- Prepare presentation materials, meeting notes, and project summaries.
- Identify process gaps, reduce cost, and improve execution.
- Coordinate routine follow-up actions and maintain organized records.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- You must be one year away from graduation of your MBA program at the time of application.
- Experience participating in operations projects, analysis, and client support.
- Supply chain knowledge.
- Experience leveraging AI to create efficiencies.
- Proficiency with digital tools to organize information and streamline tasks.
- Demonstrated curiosity in business operations, technology, and risk management.
- Strong communication skills.
