About the role#
As a Digital Assurance & Transparency intern, you will join our assurance practice to support audit teams. You will gain exposure to our methodologies while working on client engagements. This role focuses on learning through observation, research, and hands-on participation in audit tasks.
What you'll do#
- Support audit teams by executing digital assurance tasks.
- Observe experienced auditors to learn about financial reporting and compliance.
- Assist in applying auditing methodologies to improve assessment accuracy.
- Conduct basic research and data analysis to support project goals.
- Participate in testing and developing artificial intelligence platforms for audit processes.
- Collaborate with teams to apply cloud engineering principles.
- Evaluate compliance and governance frameworks.
- Gather and analyze information to identify patterns.
- Develop your skills by asking questions and listening actively during team discussions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, or Information Technology.
- A minimum 3.0 overall GPA (a 3.5 GPA is preferred).
- Completion of educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam or CISA licensure before beginning full-time employment.
