About the role#
The Reel Branding Intern supports the North America Reels and Packaging team. You will help translate the regional branding book into visual applications for various packaging formats. This position involves working closely with the Marketing and Communications department to ensure all designs align with established guidelines.
What you'll do#
- Create and update 2D drawings and visual mockups for wooden reels, steel reels, and other packaging formats.
- Apply approved logos, colors, and graphics to technical drawings.
- Update project files based on feedback from the team.
- Maintain organized, current versions of all drawings and mockups.
- Prepare visual materials to help communicate branding standards to plants and suppliers.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Ability to create clear 2D drawings and layouts for different packaging shapes and sizes.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or CAD software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, as well as Teams or SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organized file-management habits.
- A collaborative and hands-on approach to communication.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling or rendering software, experience with industrial drawings, and an interest in sustainable packaging are helpful but not required.
