About the role#
This co-op position supports our returnable reel deposit system. You will manage credits and debits for customers while coordinating with the accounting and sales departments. Your work ensures that our internal systems accurately reflect the inventory of reels across our plants and depots.
What you'll do#
- Learn the full reel return cycle and the associated deposit policy.
- Record returned reels from carriers into SAP.
- Issue credits to customers and bill for delayed deposits.
- Analyze reel return reports provided by depots.
- Maintain and update reel serial numbers to ensure data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot issues within the reels portal.
- Communicate regularly with US and Canada reel depots.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data management.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with SAP, French language proficiency, and policy review are preferred.
