About the role#
Promutuel Assurance offers a 12-week paid training program through the Académie Promutuel. This program prepares you to obtain the required permit from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and provides a structured foundation in personal damage insurance. You will participate in both theoretical courses and practical work, including field observation and call monitoring. Training is available in both on-site and virtual formats. Upon successful completion of the training and obtaining the required stage, you will transition into a permanent position.
What you'll do#
- Advise members and maintain trusted relationships by proposing appropriate products and services.
- Analyze current and future needs to provide tailored auto and home insurance protections.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Participate in an intensive 12-week training program to develop your skills.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma with three years of full-time work experience, or a college diploma (or attestation).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and comfort navigating various technology platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to maintain a fast learning pace, perform intensive reading, and take notes effectively.
- Rigor, organizational skills, punctuality, and autonomy.
- Active listening skills, curiosity, and analytical ability.
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
- Functional English skills are considered an asset.
- Prior knowledge of the insurance sector is considered an asset.
