About the role#
This is a full-time summer internship program lasting 10 to 12 weeks. You will support development initiatives in the Central Region by working on cost data integrity, regional communications, and the integration of AI within construction management software. You will have the chance to interact with company leaders, attend professional seminars, and participate in local market tours to see how your work impacts the final product.
What you'll do#
- Support the Central Region with Cost Intelligence and Construction Project Management software implementations.
- Review and organize information related to software implementation projects.
- Help define regional communications plans.
- Document potential AI support for construction project management tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or enrollment in a graduate program.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism.
- Ability to work well within a team and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in development project workflows and the use of AI in business processes.
- Project experience in data organization, communications planning, or process improvement is preferred.
- Familiarity with Forma, construction project management, or estimating is a plus.
- Ability to use automation and AI tools to improve work quality and speed.

- This is an on-site role available in Austin, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; Dallas, Texas; Indianapolis, Indiana; or Nashville, Tennessee.
