About the role#
The Customer Led Solutions (CLS) team works across Prologis to help major and emerging customers find solutions for their business needs. As an intern, you will support projects related to leasing, build-to-suit development, energy, and other customer initiatives. This is a full-time, paid summer internship for 2027 based on-site in San Francisco.
What you'll do#
- Support active CLS projects and coordinate multi-market site searches with internal teams.
- Confirm customer needs and gather property information.
- Maintain project trackers and create clear summaries and presentation materials for customer discussions.
- Prepare for internal and customer meetings, document needs, and track follow-up items.
- Create GPT projects for specific customer relationships and develop repeatable workflows for organizing account information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or current enrollment in a graduate program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism.
- Ability to work well in a team setting and a willingness to learn.
- Experience organizing business information or supporting customer-facing projects.
- Experience using GPT tools to develop workflows or organize data.
- A focus on using automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and take accountability for outcomes.
