About the role#
This is a full-time summer internship based in Atlanta. You will join a team focused on customer experience, working on a pilot program that uses agentic AI to organize and analyze customer feedback and operational data. During this 10 to 12-week program, you will gain practical experience while contributing to projects that impact our business operations.
What you'll do#
- Support a pilot program using agentic AI to tag and analyze customer feedback, turning data into clear insights.
- Test and refine tagging logic and validate AI-generated outputs to identify trends.
- Document your findings and provide recommendations on how to scale the pilot approach.
- Analyze survey data and conduct external research on customer experience practices.
- Explore new methods for collecting feedback and build dashboards or visual summaries for business partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program (rising sophomore, junior, or senior) or a graduate program.
- Academic focus or project experience in business administration, data science, marketing, or statistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with the Qualtrics survey platform.
- Experience using AI to categorize or summarize information, or creating data visualizations like charts and dashboards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies and automation tools.
