About the role#
As a Logistics Engineering Intern, you will join the Life Cycle Engineering team to support product safety, reliability, and maintainability. You will work under consultative direction to apply advanced logistics principles and contribute to the development of complex program-level concepts and plans. This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret security clearance, which necessitates U.S. citizenship.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain detailed Logistics Supportability Analysis.
- Manage provisioning data for parts.
- Conduct Spares Analysis and monitor Spares Availability for specific product lines.
- Implement and execute program-level logistics plans.
- Collaborate with team members and customer program leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree program in a STEM field (Logistics, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or Business Administration).
- Minimum of 30 credit hours completed by the start of the internship.
- Completion of at least one prior internship in a related field.
- Strong critical thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
