About the role#
Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern for a full-time position during the summer of 2027. This role is based on-site in Richardson, Texas. U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program.
What you'll do#
- Participate as a team member in detailed circuit design.
- Work on hardware and software integration.
- Perform functional analyses.
- Conduct modeling and development of designs.
- Engage with lab test equipment.
What you'll need#
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Physics.
- Must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
- Strong interest in hardware or software development.
- Experience gained through research, coursework, projects, or previous work experience.
- Preference for candidates with interest or coursework in EMI/EMC standards, circuit card assemblies, component engineering, or product development.
- Preference for experience with circuit board design and KiCAD.
