About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in construction project execution. You will work on a 14-days-on/7-days-off rotation based in Squamish, with accommodations provided at the Floatel. You will support project teams with scheduling, cost tracking, stakeholder communications, and daily coordination.
What you'll do#
- Support project management tasks under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Assist with daily site coordination and documentation.
- Review and manage workshop drawings.
- Help track site directives and change notices.
- Monitor technical communications for accuracy.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Engineering or Construction Management program.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and a detail-oriented approach to on-site learning.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Residency in Canada for the duration of the internship.
- Current enrollment in a Canadian post-secondary institution or graduation within the last six months.
