About the role#
The Polaris Human Resources Internship is a 12-week paid program for students pursuing a career in the global powersports industry. You will join a specific HR team based on business needs and your personal interests. Depending on your placement, you may support HR business partners, work as an HR generalist in manufacturing operations, or contribute to Centers of Excellence like talent analytics or organizational development.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience through project-based work that supports business objectives.
- Contribute to both long-term strategic initiatives and day-to-day business priorities.
- Participate in mentorship and professional development programming, including weekly learning sessions and networking opportunities.
- Engage in community involvement activities.
- Present creative solutions to real business problems to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with HR teams to build foundational skills for your future career.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration with a graduation date between August 2027 and May 2029.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to commit to a full 12-week internship, working 40 hours per week.
- Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship for employment.
- Openness to geographic mobility and relocation opportunities.
- Reliable transportation for daily commuting.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, full-time internship.
- Available locations: Medina, MN; Plymouth, MN; Wyoming, MN; Roseau, MN; Huntsville, AL; and Rigby, ID.
- Relocation assistance is available for eligible interns working more than 35 miles from their assigned location.
