About the role#
This is a full-time internship for Summer 2026 based in Amherst, Massachusetts. You will work on-site to support project teams across various phases of development, from initial design through to final delivery. This role offers hands-on experience in project management, scheduling, and budget tracking.
What you'll do#
- Support the team through design, procurement, construction, and delivery phases.
- Assist with documentation, meeting coordination, and communication between school administrators, architects, and contractors.
- Participate in site visits and project meetings.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and compliance with educational building standards.
- Observe architectural discussions and project decision-making processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or advanced degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to work on-site at the office or client sites as required.
- Knowledge of Rhino, Adobe Premiere Pro, Google Sketchup, and Procore is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a government-issued identification card.
- Capability to navigate construction sites with uneven surfaces and changing elevations.
