About the role#
As a Systems Engineering Intern, you will support the development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures. This role involves working on operational analysis and communicating design status to internal and external teams.
What you'll do#
- Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations.
- Create design and implementation plans.
- Develop test plans, procedures, and cases.
- Conduct tests and document your results.
- Use software tools, scripting, and hardware/software troubleshooting methods.
- Analyze system requirements from end users and systems.
- Develop and deliver presentations regarding design activity plans.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Aviation.
- You have completed a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.
- Eligibility is open to applicants regardless of age.
Location & details#
- Location: Plano, Texas.
- Work schedule: 9/80 schedule, which includes 80 hours worked over 9 days with every other Friday off.
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
