About the role#
As a Digital Transformation Services Consulting Intern at Plante Moran, you will join our management consulting team to support clients with critical business needs. You will be treated like entry-level staff, working on real projects rather than busy work. This role involves helping businesses optimize the value of their technology investments, developing IT roadmaps, and assisting with operational reviews.
What you'll do#
- Assist clients with selecting, implementing, and optimizing enterprise technology solutions including ERP, SCM, RPA, MES, and IIoT.
- Perform process improvement, reengineering, and operational reviews.
- Conduct advanced technology research and help develop thought leadership materials.
- Build client relationships and participate in networking and business development activities.
- Engage in firm professional development activities.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, finance, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented leadership approach.
- Experience with selecting or implementing enterprise technology solutions is a plus.

- Locations: Columbus, Ohio and Southfield, Michigan.
- Modality: Hybrid work model.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour.
- Note: This is a non-exempt position that may require work hours exceeding 40 hours per week. Local, national, and international travel may be required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
