About the role#
The Winter Tax Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in public accounting. You will join an industry group to support our tax services during the busy season. This is a paid, part-time position running from mid-February to mid-April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with scanning and preparing tax returns.
- Build relationships with our clients and your team members.
- Learn and follow firm policies and procedures.
- Apply your knowledge of basic technical tax requirements.
- Use the firm's standard microcomputer applications.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least 75% of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and focus on client needs.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, including weekends when necessary.
- Authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available).

- Locations: Woburn, MA and Boston, MA.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour.
- Note: Frequent local travel to client sites and other firm offices may be required.
