About the role#
The Winter Tax Internship Program offers students the chance to gain hands-on experience in public accounting. You will join an industry group to support our tax services during the busy season. This is a paid, part-time position running from mid-February through mid-April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist in providing tax services to our clients.
- Work as a team member on diverse client engagements.
- Help with tax scanning and tax return preparation.
- Build professional relationships with clients and team members.
- Apply your knowledge of basic technical tax requirements.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least 75% of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, with weekend availability when necessary.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Providence, Rhode Island.
- Frequent local travel to client sites and other firm locations may be required.
