Intern - Ticket Sales and Service (2026 Summer)

About the role#

This internship provides hands-on experience within the Ticket Sales and Service department. You will support various functions including service and retention, group sales, inbound inquiries, customer service, and ticket operations. The role involves practical training in sales techniques and ticketing systems to prepare for fan interactions, with a focus on revenue generation and fan communication.

What you'll do#

• Fulfill specific projects related to ticket sales and service.
• Engage with fans and gain sales experience through the customer service line.
• Assist the sales team with on-site and off-site events, including Season Ticket Holder events, group theme nights, and gameday group programs.
• Provide support for customer service initiatives and facility tours.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in an accredited institution as a junior, senior, or graduate student.
• Academic background in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
