Intern - PNC Park Events (2026 Season)

About the role#

The PNC Park Events Intern supports the planning and execution of internal and external events held at the ballpark. This role provides administrative and operational assistance to the department to ensure events run successfully.

What you'll do#

• Provide support during the planning and execution phases of all events.
• Assist with the set-up and breakdown of event and presentation equipment.
• Help create floor plans and event contracts.
• Maintain the departmental and venue calendars.
• Manage day-to-day office tasks, such as data entry, mailings, and filing.
• Support marketing campaigns for PNC Park events.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift and transport heavy items and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the United States.
• Preferred: Previous experience in the event or entertainment industry and strong verbal and written communication skills.
