Intern - Business Intelligence (2026 Season)

About the role#

The Business Intelligence Intern will support the Business Operations team by conducting research, generating insights, and managing reporting. This role involves assisting the Business Intelligence team with data requests and analysis to help drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

What you'll do#

• Assist in the gathering, processing, reporting, and analysis of ticket sales information.
• Support campaign-related activities within the sales database and online platforms.
• Collaborate with the Manager, Revenue Optimization to monitor campaign performance across digital ads, email, and social media.
• Work with the Business Intelligence team to maintain existing reporting structures.
• Partner with the Data Coordinator to manage ongoing data requests.
• Research market and industry trends for benchmarking purposes.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student.
• Academic background in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the United States.
• Desired: Familiarity with statistical programming languages (such as R or Python), data visualization software (such as Tableau), and cloud computing platforms (such as Google Cloud Big Query or AWS).
• Desired: Experience with ticketing data.
