Intern - Ticket Sales and Service (2026 Season)

About the role#

This internship supports the Ticket Sales and Service Department, including Service and Retention, Group Sales, Inbound, Customer Service, and Ticket Operations. You will receive hands-on training in sales and the ticketing system to prepare for fan communication and revenue generation. The role involves both in-season and off-season responsibilities.

What you'll do#

• Fulfill Ticket Sales and Service projects.
• Gain hands-on experience in fan engagement and sales through customer service line interactions.
• Assist the sales team with events, group theme nights, and Group Programs on gamedays.
• Provide support with Customer Service and stadium tours.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in an accredited institution as a junior, senior, or graduate student.
• Academic background in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, Sociology, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the United States.
