Intern - PNC Park Events (2026 Season)

About the role#

The Intern, PNC Park Events supports the planning and execution of internal and external events held at the ballpark. This role involves both administrative office work and hands-on event operations throughout the 2026 season.

What you'll do#

• Provide support during the planning and execution stages for all events.
• Assist with the set-up and breakdown of event and presentation equipment.
• Prepare floor plans and contracts.
• Maintain departmental and venue calendars.
• Support marketing campaigns for PNC Park events.
• Manage daily office tasks such as data entry, mailings, and file organization.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in the event or entertainment industry is preferred.
• Ability to lift and transport heavy items, as well as stand or walk for extended periods.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
