Intern - Creative Project Management (2026 Summer)

About the role#

The Creative Project Management Intern will join the Pittsburgh Pirates creative team to support the coordination of creative projects. This role involves working closely with the Creative Project Manager, internal departments, and external vendors to facilitate efficient workflows and ensure project goals are met.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with the Creative Project Manager and marketing stakeholders to align expectations and workflows.
• Manage daily project schedules between creative teams and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress using the internal project management system to drive tasks forward.
• Assist with the intake and assignment of new creative projects.
• Attend meetings and document minutes as required.
• Communicate with external production vendors.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student.
• Major in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a business-related field.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the United States.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
• Knowledge of the creative industry and project management tools is a plus.

• Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
• Term: Summer 2026.
• Modality: On-site at PNC Park (three to four days per week preferred).
• Employment type: Full-time, paid internship.
