Intern - Creative Project Management (2026 Season)

About the role#

The Creative Project Management Intern supports the Pittsburgh Pirates creative team by collaborating with internal departments and external vendors. This role assists in managing workflows and project lifecycles to ensure creative needs are met efficiently.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with the Creative Project Manager and marketing stakeholders to align project expectations and workflows.
• Manage daily project schedules between creative teams and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress within the project management system to identify actionable plans.
• Assist with the intake and assignment of new creative projects.
• Attend meetings and maintain accurate records and minutes.
• Coordinate communication with external vendors regarding production.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program at the Junior, Senior, or Graduate level.
• Academic background in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Knowledge of the creative industry and project management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the United States.

Location & details#

• This is a paid, full-time internship for the Fall 2026 term.
• Work is on-site at PNC Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
• Candidates must be able to work in the office three to four days per week.
