About the role#
As a 2027 University Intern for the Lubricants business, you will work on projects designed to build your technical and professional skills. You will gain hands-on experience across the manufacturing, logistics, and marketing value chain. This position is a paid, full-time summer internship based in Houston.
What you'll do#
- Learn about the Lubricants business by working directly with subject matter experts.
- Travel across the country to visit various refineries and production sites.
- Use business management tools to help optimize the Phillips 66 Lubricants supply chain.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions with your manager and work with an assigned mentor.
- Present your project findings to senior business leaders at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or Supply Chain Management, or a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or an MBA.
- Completion of at least 60 hours of college credit.
- A graduation date of August 2027 or later.
- Availability for a minimum of ten continuous weeks during the summer of 2027.
