About the role#
The Ticket & Fan Services Academic Internship provides an inside look at NFL Ticket Operations, Season Ticket Member Experience, and Fan Services. Interns will work under the direct supervision of full-time staff to support daily operations and event execution at Lincoln Financial Field and the NovaCare Complex. This is an unpaid, on-site internship for the Winter 2027 term, running from early January through mid-May.
What you'll do#
- Manage and maintain customer and season ticket member accounts.
- Use the Archtics ticketing system for account updates and management.
- Assist with incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries at the ticket windows.
- Handle data entry for SBL, customer, and financial information.
- Support operational tasks for Guest Services and the lost and found program.
- Serve as front desk support at the NovaCare Complex by greeting visitors and managing calls.
- Assist with day-to-day communication and scheduling for Game Day Staff.
- Use the ABI MasterMind program to manage employee files and event schedules.
- Analyze employee feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Support the planning and execution of Game Day Staff hiring, training, and appreciation events.
- Assist with event day preparation, including organizing materials, uniforms, and equipment.
- Work all Eagles games, exclusive Season Ticket Member events, and special events held at the stadium.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university with the ability to receive academic credit.
- Full-time availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Operations Management.
