Communication & Marketing Intern

About the role#

The Communication & Marketing Intern will report directly to the Director of Communications at PHI Group. This position supports the company's communication and marketing initiatives by assisting with copywriting, research, and design efforts to showcase the brand, vision, and services.

What you'll do#

• Research, develop, and implement engaging content to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with the Communications Director and departmental teams to create copy and design for materials such as internal emails, social media posts, website content, press releases, and brochures.
• Participate in planning discussions to help ideate upcoming communication and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in tracking engagement metrics to evaluate campaign success and support the copyediting process to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary photos and information for marketing initiatives.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a degree in communications, public relations, marketing, English, or a related field.
• Strong research, proofreading, and written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing business needs, and maintain confidentiality.
