About the role#
As a business operations intern, your main goal is to learn. We offer students an opportunity to gain real work experience before graduation. During this 10-12 week program, you will support our Business Operations team with their daily responsibilities. You will gain exposure to operational functions including approvals and account management, e-commerce operations, payments and reconciliation, and customer success. You will work on projects of real impact and meet with business owners to drive your professional development. This role helps you build skills to succeed in a tech start-up environment.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program with an expected graduation date between winter 2027 and summer 2028.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An interest in business operations, marketing, accounting, finance, or product development.
- A drive to grow and develop.
- Attention to detail and a focus on organization.
- A positive and collaborative attitude.
- Resiliency and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is 100% on-site in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
