As a Student Enrolment Advisor, you will guide prospective learners through their entire enrolment journey. This role focuses on providing clear information about programme offerings and helping students progress in their careers while contributing to enrolment growth through consultative sales practices.
What you'll do#
- Support prospective students through every stage of the application and enrolment process.
- Engage with leads via phone, email, and video using a structured contact strategy.
- Manage, track, and optimise the enrolment pipeline using CRM systems.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through professional and timely communication.
- Contribute to meeting enrolment targets through consistent activity and effective sales techniques.
- Clearly communicate the value, structure, and outcomes of available programmes.
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity within CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers for newly enrolled learners.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
What you'll need#
- A minimum of three years of dedicated sales experience, ideally in high-value consumer services.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication skills across phone, video, and written channels.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks in a target-driven environment.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality service.
- Resilience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work remotely with a high degree of ownership.
- Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
