About the role#
This internship supports the integration testing and functional verification of energy storage systems. You will work across BMS, inverters, and various hardware components. As the company scales its testing infrastructure, you will help build out benchtop and HIL capabilities to validate systems before production. You will collaborate with firmware, design, and simulation teams throughout the test lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Support functional testing of BMS, inverters, and other energy storage systems.
- Design, set up, and run benchtop and HIL test setups for BMS validation.
- Develop and execute test scripts to support automation.
- Assist in creating test plans and procedures for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Analyze test data and document findings for engineering teams.
- Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of issues found during testing.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience interfacing with microcontrollers and writing functional test scripts.
- Proficiency in Python or similar languages.
- Basic familiarity with electromechanical test setups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work hands-on with hardware and lab equipment.
