About the role#
We are seeking an Information Technology Student to join our team in Richmond, British Columbia. This position is for the Winter 2027 term and requires full-time, on-site attendance. You will report directly to the Team Lead, Construction Technology Analyst. This role is open to students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
What you'll do#
- Provide tier 1 phone support and tier 2 in-person support to the district.
- Log IT support calls and manage equipment audits and shipments.
- Deploy hardware and assist in the maintenance of IT work areas.
- Create process documentation to support team operations.
- Assist Systems and Office Administrators with various systems-related tasks.
What you'll need#
- Knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office and basic hardware support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous support experience is considered an asset.

- Location: Richmond, British Columbia, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027.

- Compensation: $20.14 to $24.70 per hour, based on completed school terms and relevant experience.
