About the role#
This is a part-time, hourly position for a Mechanical Engineering student. You will work under supervision to perform routine tasks that require a grasp of fundamental engineering, mathematical, and construction concepts. You will support our project teams in the design and sizing of HVAC and plumbing systems.
What you'll do#
- Perform basic design calculations, system layouts, and sizing for HVAC and plumbing projects.
- Support construction phase services as directed by a project engineer.
- Check engineering calculations for accuracy.
- Maintain the technical library.
- Use computer aided design software and other relevant technical tools.
- Handle other assigned duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline at an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency with computers and design software.

- This role is based on-site in Fort Worth, Texas.
- The position is part-time and paid.
